The CREATIVITY philosophy is that each and every one of us, based on our unique life experience and personality as a valued individual, has the capacity to write and have published at least one book in a lifetime, regardless of our age, background or physical capacity. Our efforts at work are often forgotten within weeks of our retirement. One's literary efforts, however, leave the World a legacy of our lifetime long after our own deaths.

Our mission, based upon our philosophy, is to work across the English speaking World, in schools, adult education centres, day centres, care homes, halls, clubs, and other venues, proving that books and book writing can be fun. We not only discuss literature and perform book readings, but also run workshops at which we assist and encourage learners' own literary efforts. |

Our recent successes include workshops in three primary schools in Central Scotland, and book readings at a care home on the Southern English Coast. We have worked with learners as young as three, and as old as ninety. The CREATIVITY team will be touring Australia in Early 2002 and North America in Late 2002.

In Late 2002, CREATIVITY will itself begin publishing, printing and distributing books by first time authors. We have already received submissions for consideration from, amongst others, an eleven year old boy and an eighty-three year old lady. As a family-friendly organisation, we do not consider publication submissions of an offensive nature. We also aim to be offering work experience placements to young people from Late 2002. |
